Verdant Ventures is proud to announce the completion of Rosslyn Grove, a new diplomatic housing complex in Nairobi, Kenya!
This diplomatic housing project created roughly 1,100 direct and 500 indirect jobs and contributed to closing the gender gap in Kenya through the developers’ support of local organizations that promote the advancement of women in Nairobi’s construction sector.
The 29,700m2, Rosslyn Grove diplomatic community, developed by Verdant Ventures in collaboration with landowner Balozi Holdings, comprises 90 world-class apartments and townhouses, a state-of-the-art clubhouse with gym, swimming pool, play areas, parks, walking, running tracks as well as other amenities.
“Verdant Ventures is proud to finish its second Diplomatic Housing project in Africa in less than a year, with the US government as a significant tenant in both projects,” stated Verdant Ventures CEO Tim Redman.
He added by stating that the accomplishment of Rosslyn Grove is another illustration of Verdant Ventures’ competence to develop projects that match or exceed OBO’s design standards.
It is Verdant Ventures’ second successful diplomatic residential development, after Elevation Residences, a 10-story, 112-apartment residential tower in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, that was completed and handed over in November last year.
